For those who are interested, here are some more photos from the trip:

Union Falls. It’s hard to tell from this photo, but this waterfall was HUGE! It was an impressive site. We hiked several miles through plenty of elevation change, forded the river in the previous picture, and battled the mosquitoes, all in 90+ degree heat in order to get here. We then had to hike through all of that again to get back!

A wildfire broke out near Moran in the Teton Wilderness while we were in Yellowstone. We were told that the fire was about 30 miles from us. The next morning, the wind direction had changed, and when we woke up, the smoke had filled the air around us like a thick fog.

The Teton Range in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming. The tallest peak just to the left of center is Grand Teton.

Took this photo of the Jackson Hole newspaper in the paper box documenting the fire near Moran in Wyoming

Want to buy a grizzly bear? You’d better have deep pockets. This Jackson Hole store had it priced at $28,000. They had numerous other mounted animals for sale as well.
